Jesse M. Johnson , 83, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2013 at the Stratton VA Medical Center.
In addition to his parents, Jesse was predeceased by his wife, Mattie Evans and his son, Edward Johnson.
Jesse is survived by his daughter, Lynn (Herman) Suggs, two grandchildren, Tim Suggs and Sonja Green and several great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 7pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 6 to 7 at the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
