Jennifer A. Brammer (LeVan), 68, of Troy, NY passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Jennifer was a beautiful soul whose kindness, creativity, and love left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was a devoted mother, a proud Nana, and the heart of many cherished memories shared with family and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Tyler Swart and Calum (Julia) Griego; her beloved grandchildren, Landon and Callie, who were the absolute light of her life. Nothing brought Jennifer more joy than being a Nana. She is also survived by Howard Brammer, who shared many years of love, life, and unforgettable memories with her; her siblings, Kim LeVan and Kenneth (Sue) LeVan; and was predeceased by her sister, Lorraine Alvarez. Her love for her family was unconditional, deep, and unwavering.
Jennifer had an artistic spirit and a voice that could fill a room with warmth. She loved to sing, laugh, create, and make others feel welcome and loved. She found peace and happiness camping at Lake Harris — a place filled with treasured memories, campfires, laughter, and time spent with the people she loved most.
Those who knew Jennifer will remember her gentle heart, her strength, her creative spirit, and the way she made people feel cared for simply by being herself. Though her family’s hearts are broken, they find comfort in the love and memories she leaves behind.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, NY 12189.
Jennifer will be deeply loved, forever missed, and always remembered.
