Jean H. Daniels, 89, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2015 is now in Heaven with her beloved son George, who was waiting for her.
Jean was born November 25, 1925, in Albany, New York, the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Vane.
She worked as a secretary for New York State for the Division of Parole.
Jean loved playing Bingo, dancing, going out to eat and her dear cat, Halle. She was a member of the seniors at Christ Our Light Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, George Daniels; her son, George Daniels and brothers and sister; Bernard Vane, Jack Vane and Kathryn Lipinskas.
Jean was the kindest, caring, most loving person, who would always take care of others before herself, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Jean is survived by her beloved daughter, Mary Beth Daniels and her dearest friend Shirley King. She is also survived by her youngest brother, Leo Vane and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 10:00 am at Christ Our Light catholic Church, 1 Maria Dr. Loudonville. Calling hours will be on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Interment will follow the Mass in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
