ALBANY- Jannie Ruth Carter, 88, passed away at Hudson Park Rehab and Nursing Center, on Friday, February 27, 2015, with her loving family by her side.
Jannie was born on January 1, 1927, to the late Essie Mae Jones, in Thomson, GA.
Jannie is survived by her loving daughter, Betty (Arthur) Robinson, her brother, John Ed Ramsey, her 13 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
Services will be held privately by her family.
