Jane M. Bransford

ALBANY-Jane (Miller) Bransford, 91, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Eddy Village Green in Cohoes. Jane was a resident of Albany for most of her life, having lived on Lenox Ave. in Albany for over 40 years. Jane was the daughter of Charles and Ruth Miller of Rensselaer, NY. She was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, sister and aunt. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Thomas L. Bransford, former director of Civil Service Examinations for New York State. She is survived by her three children Robert, Cassandra of Vestal, NY and Sharon Bransford Lewis of Los Angeles, CA and by several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Eddy Village Green Community Garden Fund, 421 Columbia St., Cohoes, NY 12047.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of House #16 at Eddy Village Green for their loving and compassionate care of Jane.
The funeral service will be private.
Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
