COLONIE- James T. Dooley Jr., 64, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at St. Peter's Hospice surrounded by his loving family.
Jim was born in Albany, NY on February 23, 1952 to the late James and Joyce Dooley. Jim will be remembered for his sense of humor, nicknames, and living life to the fullest. Even in the worst situations Jim could make anyone laugh.
Jim is survived by his beloved children; Katie (Mike) Kennedy, and James (Jill) Dooley III, his grandchildren; Joyce, Jillian, Evelyn, Eleanor, and Morgan, his siblings; Steven (Denise), Thomas (Alison), David (Kim), several nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends, and especially his first love, his Harley.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm with a service to immediately follow. A burial will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family.
