Howard Weatherby Jr.

Howard Weatherby Jr., 98, entered into God's Kingdom on June 1,2026 after a long and fulfilling life. 

Howard was born and raised in Albany, NY. He served in the US Navy during both WWII and the Korean War. After leaving the Navy, he worked for the US Postal Service until he retired in 1986. He served for many years as a Deacon and Trustee at Madison Ave Baptist Church. Howard was an avid gardener and fisherman and enjoyed spending his summers in the Adirondacks. 

He is survived by his wife of 72 years Regina, his daughters Lynne Krug (Paul), Judith Weatherby (Ivan Auger), and Sandra Balaram (Bob); six grandchildren, Richard Krug, Nisha Balaram, William Krug, Ximena Auger, Ajay Balaram, and Almendra Auger, as well as four great grandchildren.

Interment will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
