Helen F. Spencer, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Ellis Hospital with her loving family by her side. Helen was the daughter of the late Worthington and Helen A. Spencer.

Helen was a Registered Nurse with Ellis Hospital for many years.

Helen enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with her entire family and loved cooking for them.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son Benjamin Morgan and the love of her life, Joseph George.

Helen is survived by many close family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 5:00pm. There will be a celebration of Helens life held at 5:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society Memorial Processing Center, 1 Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110.
