COLONIE – Helen A. Novak, 78, of Colonie Village, passed away on October 30, 2024.
She was born in Albany on January 6, 1946 a daughter of the late Dominick and Theresa Attili.
Helen served as Vice President for many years for the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce and in later years, worked for the State of New York.
Helen was predeceased by her surrogate parents, Dominic and Irma Liuzzi; her sisters, Irma and Clara and her brother, Michael.
She is survived by her niece, Theresa (Howard) Silverman; her nephew, Scott Rapp; great nephews, Justin and Eric Silverman and Dominic Rapp.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service to immediately follow at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.
