Helen K. Belensz

Clifton Park- Helen K. Belensz , 87, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at her home. She was the devoted wife of the late Raymond A. Belensz.

She is survived by her daughter Janet Cromer (Michael) of Cincinnati, OH and son Alan (Louise) of Ballston Lake, NY. She is also survived by a brother, Richard Delewski of Louisville, Ky. The light of her life was her grandchildren Alex and Maggie (Belensz) and, Katie and Leah (Cromer), who have lost one of their best friends and likely have lost count of the number of care packages they have received from her for the past 25 years. She will be sorely missed by so many for being an energetic and caring woman who enjoyed her daily walks and helping family and her many friends.

Remains will be cremated. A Memorial service will be held Sunday, March 20, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home in Colonie , NY. Calling hours will begin at 1:00 pm followed by the service at 2:00 pm. Afterwards, the family invites everyone to Glen Sanders for a reception
