ALTAMONT- Helen Coulter(Quay) passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn.
Helen was the daughter of the late Daniel Webster Quay and Bertha Bradt. She graduated from B-K and worked at NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance.
She was married to the late Walter Coulter, and was the mother of the late Jean Hofmann.
She is survived by her children, Jerry(Dina) Coulter, Betsey Bartley, Jill (Edward) Fasset, and Pam (Mike) Izzo, and her 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Knox Reformed Church, 2175 Berne-Altamont Rd., Altamont, NY 12009, at 6:30pm, on Monday, August 7, 2017. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
