Heather Lee Knickerbocker

HALFMOON--Heather Lee Knickerbocker, age 64, passed away February 12, 2026 at Samaritan Hospital.

She was born in Binghamton, NY, the daughter of Ralph and Ellen Smith. She retired from NYS DOT. She was honorably discharged from the Army National Guard.

Heather liked reading, watching TV (soaps), visiting Becky & Gary and Criss & Jr, hanging by the pool and playing games.

She is survived by her husband, Billy; daughter, Lindsay Ann Collins (Kyle Koles); grandchildren: Sara Piparo, Emmalynn Collins, Abbigayle Collines and Joshua "JJ" Collins Jr.; sister, Holly and brothers: Chris Smith and Dale Smith. Also survived by her feline companions: B & Slyvester.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
