COLONIE - Gregory Clemens, 69, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2025, at The Grand Rehab and Nursing Home at Barnwell after a short visit in rehab. He was born on July 20, 1955 He was a beloved member of the Catholic Charities Disabilities Services family in Albany, NY for 26 years.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with a memorial service to immediately follow at 12:30 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
