Greg E. Kott

Albany- Greg Kott, born April 18, 1976, beloved by family and friends, passed away unexpectedly on June 22, 2026, He is survived by his mother Ferne Kott, his Father Alan Kott, his stepmother Carol Kott, his sisters Joni Richter (Patrick Corrigan) and Amy Kott, his stepbrother Tyler Seabridge, his daughter Zoe Eternal (Nora) and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephew.

He loved his family and took great care of his mother. Greg was the kindest and friendliest of souls. He was always willing to help anyone who was experiencing difficulties. He loved the New York Mets, anything Star Wars and Spaceballs and was always eager to discuss movies and TV shows that he enjoyed. He worked for Regal Cinemas for many years in various capacities, but in the last two he was employed by the New York State Office of General Services. When he was younger, he was a very fast runner, but never as fast as his father. We will love him forever.

Calling hours 11:00am- 1:00pm followed by 1:00pm Memorial service will be on Sunday June 28, 2026 held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals Home 343 New Karner Road Colonie, NY 12205.
