Frederick C. Noel

Troy- Frederick C. Noel, 59, passed away at his home on January 20, 2018. The son of Katherine (Morrisey) Noel and the late Frederick Noel, Fred was born on September 30, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY. Fred was married to the love of his life, Brenda Rowe-Noel. Fred's second love was as an electrician for CSX Railroad out of Selkirk. Fred was an avid fan of the New York Mets and the Miami Dolphins. He was a proud member of the Eagles Club in Troy. Fred adored his three cats: Jerry (his nurse), Benny and Spanky. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother, Fred is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; his siblings: David Noel and Katherine (William) Trumble; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial visitation will be from 4 pm to 7 pm on Friday, January 26 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet. A memorial service will be held at 7 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fred's name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
