COLONIE – Frederick M. Lizak, born September 26, 1954 in Troy, passed away on March 30, 2015. Frederick was predeceased by his parents Fred and Mary Lizak, and brother James P. Lizak.
He is survived by his sister Susan Lizak of Troy.
Frederick was a 1972 Shaker High School Graduate. He worked at Nashua Tape (Tyco) in Watervliet for many years. Frederick was also his father's caregiver until his father's passing.
On Sunday, April 12, 2015, friends and relatives are invited to New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, from 2:00 to 3:00pm for memorial calling hours, with a 3:00 pm Christian service officiated by Pastor Larry Heid.
He is survived by his sister Susan Lizak of Troy.
