Francis "Frankie" J. Rogers

Latham- Francis J. Rogers, 78, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025 with his loving family by his side. Francis was the son of the late Francis and Helen Rogers.

Frankie loved to hunt, fish, sing and was handy at making his own ammunition. He enjoyed collecting "his treasures" and had a fond affection for his cat. In his early years, he was a bouncer. He was always friendly and loved having conversations with people. He also participated at various Rod and Gun Clubs. His favorite quote was "no fi," "can you stand it," and "Chirp, chirp." He loved his family, friends and life itself.

Frankie is survived by his sisters, Priscilla (Wan) Chew and Lynn M Gaffigan; his nephews, Clifford (Jodi) Chew and Calvin (Nina) Chew; his nieces, Kimberly (Dean) Heald, Lisa Pacelli, Pamela (Benny) LaRose, Tammy Omelia, Paula (Donny) Miller, and Jodi (Patrick) Cusack; and many loving relatives and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, on Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 2:30pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home beginning at 2:30 pm.
