Frances E. Underdue

ALBANY - Frances Underdue, wife of deceased Jasper Underdue, was born on April 27, 1934 to William and Theodosia Bowler of Gordonsville, VA.

Frances's place of worship was primarily Bethany Baptist Church, Albany, NY. She worked for the State of New York for over 50 years.

Frances leaves to cherish her son Gary Bowler of New York City, daughters Vanessa Waters of North Carolina, Teresa Underdue of Texas, and Pamela Underdue of Texas.

Frances also leaves to cherish her sisters, Lydia Johnson of Albany, NY, Beatrice Alston of Latham, NY, Jewel Hodges of Alexandria, VA, Martha Johnson of Ft. Washington, MD, Peyton Bowler of Albany, NY, and Brenda Wright of Silver Spring, MD, along with 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Frances leaves to cherish many in-laws such as Hazel Ross of Baltimore, MD, Edna Sparks of Albany, NY, and Elizabeth Ross of Little, NC.

Frances Underdue will never be forgotten by those that knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a celebration of life to immediately follow at 11:00 am at Bethany Baptist Church, 59 2nd Street, Albany, NY. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, 2150 Central Avenue, Schenectady, NY.
