Frances was born in Halifax, VA to the late Lemon and Fannie Faulkner on December 22, 1946.
Frances is predeceased by her son, Jamie Faulkner, and her siblings, Joseph Faulkner, and Roxie Nelson.
She is survived by her children, Darrin Faulkner, Martia Faulkner, Fannie Faulkner, Danielle Faulkner, and Chyleik Faulkner, her 9 grandchildren, her five great-grandchildren, and her siblings, Larry Faulkner, Ida White, and Johnny Faulkner, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Saturday, November 25, 2017, from 10am to 12pm, with a service to immediately follow.
