Colonie- Emanuel L. White, 82, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. He was born on October 1, 1935.
Emanuel worked for NYS O.D. Heck, and retired from the State of New York. He was a person who could always be counted on by those he loved. He always had their back. He will be remembered for his love of golf. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and had a unique relationship with Ivana and Maya.
Emanuel is predeceased by his beloved wife, Audrey White, his parents, Annie Smith and Roland White, his siblings, Rudolph White, Louise White-Owens, Eldiest Bell, Charlie White, Roland White, Irene Wilcox, Thelma Mills, Ruth Van Houter, and Mattie (Corinthas) White.
Emanuel is survived by his son, Mark (Donna) White, his siblings, James "Buddy" (Lula) White, Benjamin White, and Emile (Mary) White, his grandchildren, Jennifer (Joseph) Santamarina, Ashley (Jermaine) Coleman, and Jacquelyn White, his great grandchildren, Ivana, and Maya.
Friends and relatives may call on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 9am-11am at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 105 Second Street, Albany, NY 12210. A service will be held at 11am with interment following at Memory Gardens, Colonie, NY following the interment a repast will be held at the church.
