Elizabeth Lee Forchilli, born October 17, 1957, passed away peacefully March 15, 2026. A proud mother who dedicated her life to raising her 4 sons and often referred to as “Betty and the Boys”.
Her sons gave her the wish she always wanted, 3 daughters who she accepted as her own. Throughout her life Elizabeth was known to make any house a home, always having a warm place and hot plate for anyone in need. Her welcoming home became a gathering place for close family, her boys and any of their friends. She spent her later years along side her 4 boys doing what she loved most, watching her grandchildren grow. Betty Lee, adoringly called “MiMi” by her grandchildren, cherished nothing more then family time. Whether it be family vacations or a simple Sunday dinner, Betty was happiest with her family by her side. Also known as a “Pioneer Woman” — she was a devoted mother who loved camping she voiced her love for her children loudly and proudly. From tying their shoes to tying a worm on a hook to fish, Mom was always there to guide her sons through any of life’s obstacles and they will be lost without her.
Elizabeth lives on through her beloved sons, Robert Forchilli, Daniel (Tiffany) Forchilli, Timothy (Kristen) Carkner, and Benjamin (Rachel) Carkner and her sweet dog, Misha.
As well as her 6 grandchildren who made her world go around Derek, Molly, Owen, Skylar, Gianna and a new coming grandson, expected September 2026.
She is further survived by her brothers and sisters, Paul, Kathy, Don, Michael, and Susan — along with many nieces and nephews whom she loved deeply.
Elizabeth was reunited with her parents Robert and Ethel Forchilli, as well as her beloved dog Neko.
