SCHENECTADY-Dwight E. Petty, entered into eternal rest on March 16, 2018.
Dwight is the beloved son of Charles (Betty) Petty and the late Mabel Brooks.
He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Charles (Betty) Petty; siblings, Charlene Petty, Charmelle Petty, Gregory Slaughter-Petty (Leah), Jeffrey Petty, Darryl Slaughter, Carla Petty-Miller, Markieve Slaughter, Shawn Slaughter, Christopher Petty, Dwayne Lee (Sandra) and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Family and Friends.
He was predeceased by his mother and several aunts and other relatives.
A Home Going Celebration will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205. Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm prior to services at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery.
