Dorthea J."Dee" Fulton

Dorothea Juan Fulton, known to many as "Dee" was born on March 10, 1960 to Bernice Sims and Robert Fulton. She was raised in Harlem New York, alongside her 6 siblings. Dee 's education included P.S. 6, St. Ignatius Loyola School, City College, and Hudson Valley where she received an AA degree in chemical dependency counseling

In 1999 Dee moved to upstate New York where she began her career at H&R Block. Beginning as a receptionist and working her way up to district manager, Dee worked with the company for over 15 years. Dee was known for her fun and outgoing personality. She was able to walk into a room and people would be drawn to her positive attitude and lively spirit. She enjoyed life and it was evident in all that she did. In 2013 Dee moved to California to be closer to her grandchildren.

Dee was called home on December 3, 2015. Her brothers Louis and Richard Fulton predecease her. She is survived by her three children, Randee, Jessica, and Jalil; her 4 grand children Calli, Kenedee, Fallon, and Houston; and siblings. Robert, Bernard, Alvin, and Lynn.

Dee was a mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, encourager, mentor, and a blessing to all that knew her. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Dorothea.
