Donald Joseph Hogan

Donald "Joe" Hogan, 72, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at his home. Donald was the son of the late Donald and Shirley (McClintock) Hogan and grandson of the late Marie Hogan.

Donald was a member of the Senior Center in Watervliet and he retired from NYS with the Department of Taxation and Finance in Green Island.

Donald enjoyed playing pool at the Senior Center with his friends.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his siblings, Richard, Daniel, Darrel and Ann Marie.

Donald is survived by his siblings; Donna Hanvey, Sharon Hogan, Derrick M. Hogan, Mary Marx, Peter Hogan, Arthur Hogan and Timothy Hogan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday November 21st, 2025 at 10:00 am the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 2146 7th Ave., Watervliet, NY 12189 all are invited. Burial will be private.
