VOORHEESVILLE-Dominick Mariani, 103, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2016.
He was born on December 18, 1912 son of the late Nicholas and Rose (Travison) Mariani
in Albany.
Dominick and his beloved wife Jennie owned and operated Mariani's Nursery in Voorheesville.
Dominick is survived by his sister-in-law, Florence McGloine, niece, Rose Mariani, Kelly (Michael) Attanasio, nephews, George (Linda) Mariani, James (Rosanna) Mariani, Nick Mariani.
Dominick was predeceased by his wife Jennie earlier this year, brothers, Carmen, Dan, Nick and his sister, Katherine.
A funeral service for Dominick will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 10:00am at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY 12205. Friends and family are invited to call at the funeral home from 9-10am on Friday. Interment will take place at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Dominick's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at Villa Mary Nursing Home.
