Dolores Palmer

Deloras Dawn Palmer, 95, passed away January 24th in Gloversville NY. She was born June 16, 1930 in Rexford, NY to the late Arthur and Hazel Palmer. 

She was educated in a one room school house in Elmira NY and the Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School. Deloras was employed by Trustco (formerly Schenectady Trust Co) for 41 years before retiring in 1988. She was later employed by Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield of NY for 10 years, retiring in 1999. 

She was a member of the Niskayuna Wesleyan Church (now Awaken Church), active in the Secret Pals and Communion Stewart for many years. 

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother and sisters. 

Deloras was a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

A visitation will be held on February 18th from 12pm-1pm with a service at 1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd Colonie NY.
