Latham- Diane M. Killian, 86, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026 with her loving family by her side. Diane was the daughter of the late Albert and Rose Bouchard. Diane was the devoted wife to the late Martin Killian. They were married 58 loving years.
Diane graduated Keveny Memorial Academy in 1956, then later attended Hudson Valley for Stenography. She was a long-time employee of North Colonie Schools as a Secretary. Diane married the love of her life, Martin in 1959. Diane loved her gardening, needlepoint, crocheting, an avid reader and sports fan especially the Mets, NY Giants and Siena Saints, but most importantly she cherished being a mom and grandma. Diane was a long-time communicant of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
Diane is survived by her children, Jeffrey M. (Patricia) Killian, Kevin M. Killian (Cara), Sara C. Killian, Laura M.(Keith) Bandura; grandchildren, Briana, Fiona, Jeffrey Killian, Emily, Molly (Grant) Luthy, Brenden (Shelby) Killian, Conor (Alexis), Matthew Walsh, Andrew, Gregory, Allison and Johnny Bandura; and two great grandsons, Caysen Walsh and Beckham Killian; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Diane will be missed by her beloved cat, Tequila and several grand-dogs and cats. Diane is also survived (?) by her sister, Laraine.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, on Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February, 23, 2026 at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Rd., Latham at 10:30 am. Interment will follow the Mass at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd., Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1003 Loudon Rd, Cohoes, NY 12047.
