Denise A. Poutre

Albany- Denise A. Poutre passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026. Born in Albany she was the daughter of Anthony Poutre and the late Mary Theresa Poutre. Denise is survived by her loving partner Donald S. Clough.

Denise loved to travel and experience new places. She also had a wonderful sense of style and never missed an opportunity to overdress for any event. Her creativity was reflected in her art, where she created unique and one-of-a-kind pieces that were truly her own.

Above all, Denise was a proud aunt. She loved her nieces and nephews dearly and cherished the time she spent with them. They brought her great happiness and were a very special part of her life.

Denise will be remembered for her creativity, her love of adventure, her unique style, and most of all, the love she had for her family.

In addition to her father and partner she is survived by her siblings Mary Catherine Kurtzner, Mike Poutre (Elizabeth), Patrick Poutre (Jenn), Tony Poutre Jr. (Melissa) and Peter Poutre (Tamara).

She was the loving aunt to Reily (Robby), Arianne, Emily (Jake), Quinn, Jake and Nick.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Nature Conservatory.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
