Delores M. Fennicks

SCHENECTADY- Delores M. Fennicks, age 88, passed away at home on January 18, 2026.

She was born in Easton, MD, the daughter of the late Sherman Jollie and Lillian Gibson. She was also predeceased by her son George M. Fennicks.

Delores was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. She worked in various capacities at Imperial Clothing Store, Woolworth’s and Family Dollar.

She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, and going to BINGO.

Delores is survived by her daughters: Annmarie Fennicks, Dawn Fennicks and Dunia Moon; grandchildren: Curtis and Michael Fennicks, Kayla and Bruce McIntyre; great granddaughter, Kyleah Fennicks; god daughters: Michelle and Belinda Fennicks; and best friend and side kick, Loretta Harris. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family wishes to thank Delores’ Hospice nurses and aides for the services they provided.

All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
