Debbie Navarretta (Ricci) 63, sadly passed away at home on Friday October 10th 2025.
Born April 9th, 1962 in Cohoes Ny to the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Sandy (Warner) Ricci.
Debbie was always known to be a bright ball of energy. She was passionate in everything she put her heart in to. She was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School. Debbie worked for many years at Frank Gallo and Son florist, Keybank, and early retirement from CSEA. She, along with her late "soul" sister Karen Struffolino became partners and opened their own Repossession company "Adirondack Recovery". Two women you never wanted to see on the road together. Debbie was an avid animal lover. In her spare time, she would love doing arts and crafts of all sort. Beaches were her favorite place to be. She did not care the weather. With nothing but shorts, a tee shirt and no shoes, she was on a mission to get to a beach no matter the weather. She was the most amazing mother. She gave her all even when she didnt have anything more to give. Debbie would open her arms and heart to everyone. No questions asked.
She is survived by her daughter Stephanie Johnson, Stephanie's father Ralph Navarretta, son in law Kenneth johnson, her "chosen daughters" Yvette Mitchell and Yma Pounds-McCray, and her sister Constance Webster. She leaves behind her grandchildren Kenneth III (Trey), Kayshawn, Kissiah, Jayceon, Anaya and Eliajh. As well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Debbie is predeceased by her mother Sandra Ricci, her father Joseph Ricci Sr, her fiance Buddy Corr, her sister Lori Rappleyea, brother Joseph Ricci Jr., and nephew Michael Ricci.
