David R. Wyckoff

David R. Wyckoff, 54, of Colonie, NY

Born in Syracuse, NY, David peacefully passed away on October 1, 2025.

David is survived by his wife, Kelli Jo Connolly, his daughter, Lea Wyckoff, and his mother, Noelle Uebele. He also leaves behind a large extended family of cousins, aunts, and uncles who will fondly remember him. He was predeceased by his father, Edward Wyckoff.

A proud graduate of West Hills High School in Syracuse, David filled his life with the things that mattered most: family, laughter, and a good campfire while camping with his family and friends.

David had a true knack for tinkering. He loved working on cars for his family and friends—whether it was fixing something, figuring out how it worked, or just enjoying the challenge. If something was broken, you could bet David would be the first to say, “Let me take a look at it.”

David was also a huge NASCAR fan and an unwavering supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles—never shy to remind those around him that “this year was their year.” He also worked for Amazon, where he truly enjoyed his job and the people he worked with.

Friends and family are invited to a public visitation on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Albany Alliance Church, 251 Washington Avenue Ext, Albany, NY 12205. A service celebrating David’s life will follow at 5:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David’s memory to Albany Alliance Church at Albany Alliance Giving.

David will be remembered for his kindness, and the way he made everyone feel welcome.
