David John Praisner

Albany- Our sweet David returned to our Lord on April 8, 2018. The son of the late Michael and Doris (Blais) and big brother to Karen Praisner. David was so loved by his family of aunts and uncles, many cousins, his dearest friends and his beloved 25 year old parrot, Augie.
David was always a kind thoughtful gentleman and a true humanitarian. A lifelong aficionado of literature and movies, David was also a gifted writer penning many poems and short stories during his life.
He had a brilliant dry sense of humor and would turn everyday occurrences into hilarious stories (enjoyed immensely by his cousins).
David's favorite place on earth was Paris which he visited numerous times. His French was impeccable.
The Damian Center in Albany was very important to him and any donations would be greatly appreciated.
A private service was held for his family and friends.
