David A. Bouchard

SARATOGA SPRINGS - David A. Bouchard of Saratoga Springs, passed away on July 26, 2026. He was born on June 7, 1958 in Cohoes to the late Marcel and Janet (Kustrowski) Bouchard.

Dave graduated Cohoes High School in 1976 and joined the apprenticeship program of the Pipefitters & Steamfitters UA Local 7 Albany, where he graduated as a Journeymen and worked alongside his father and brother.

Dave and his family moved to Saratoga Springs in 1988. He enjoyed spending time with family, camping, cruises and numerous trips to Montreal. He spent most of his 45-year career working for FP| Mechanical where he was a highly regarded employee and played an integral role as Supervisor on many of their projects until his retirement in 2016 for a well-earned life of leisure.

He leaves behind his wife, Belinda and son, Steven, brother Marty (Mary Kimball) Bouchard of Cohoes, sisters, Marette (Walter) Ensel of Averill Park, Diane (Robert) LaPlante of Waterford and Suzanne (Brian) Miller of Douglasville, GA, including many nieces, nephews and close cousins. Special thanks go to his dearest friends, family and coworkers for their constant support and prayers, as well as AMC and Sunnyview Rehab for the excellent care received.

His absence from our lives will be deeply felt. Visiting hours will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.
