Guilderland - Daniel C. Bremigen , 75, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 with his loving family by his side.
Daniel is a retired Firefighter from the Ladder 3 Fire House in Albany, NY. He was an avid department 56 collector. Daniel enjoyed hunting and fishing but most of all the time spent with his grand children was the most cherished. He attended all of his grand sons baseball games, and helped his grand daughter with her interest in Horses and Barn Sports.
Daniel will be forever missed by his wife: Carol; his daughter, Lisa (Joe) Galeo; grandchildren: Patrick (Ariel), Kaitlin, and Sean Quirk; great grandchild: Aiden Dahlke; siblings: Mary, Jack, Patricia, Betty, Lloyd, William; best friend: Mark D'Alessandro, along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Daniel is predeceased by his siblings: Helen and LeRoy.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Albany, Colonie, on Wednesday April 13th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held the following morning at 11:00 am at the funeral home with the burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lynnwood Reformed Church, 3714 Carman Rd, Schenectady, NY 12303.
