Cyndy B. Wilber

Cyndy B. Wilber, 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Albany Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Cyndy was the daughter of the late Casmir Jan Borowski and Helen (Chmiel) Biscone. She was the devoted wife of over 56 years to Roger A. Wilber.

She loved her ten cats, plus donating her time, food and money to various cat organizations around the capital district. She enjoyed sending cards to family and friends on their special days, loved taking care of people. It would be no surprise to find her in the kitchen cooking for family, friends and sometimes even strangers. She loved to garden, crocheting and making crafts for her loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Casey Borowski.

Cyndy is survived by her husband Roger, her children, Roger (Jill) Wilber and Ami (Michael) Mosher. She is the proud grandmother of Morgan (Violet) Wilber, Samantha and Blake Mosher. She is also survived by her great grandson Josh and her siblings Dr. Alan Lee, Jacquie Emmerson and Jeffrey Borowski.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie New York on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Ave, Glenville, NY 12302 in Cyndy's memory.
