Delmar - Concetta "Connie" Snyder, 95, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2017 at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing home where she lived for the past 4 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Howard in 2009.
Her family was her life and she was survived by her son, Dr. Howard Snyder (Barbara) of Colonie, daughter, Donna Deyoe (Russell) and grandson, Eric Deyoe of Delmar and sister, Mary DiPierro of Menands.
Many thanks to the entire staff at the Daughters of Sarah blue unit for the wonderful care they gave her.
Services will be private.
