Charlotte M. Seim, 89, of Scotia, NY, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Born February 26, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Jennie (Travis) Woodard. Full obituary to follow.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205. On Thursday, we will return to the funeral home at 10:00 am, with a Funeral Service to begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Guilderland, NY.
