Albany - Charles W. Edwards Jr., 80, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 13, 2016. Charles was the son of the late Charles Sr., and Rosie Edwards and was the devoted husband to the late Laura Edwards.

Charles is survived by his children: Charles Craig (Karen) Edwards, and Wanette Elaine (Clay) Alston; grand children: Devon, Tiara, and Elijah; along with many other loving family members and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343, New Karner Rd., Colonie, on Friday, August 19, 2016, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. The burial will follow services at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
