SCHENECTADY
SCHENECTADY- Charles H. Rector, age 81, passed away on January 1, 2025 at the Palatine Nursing Home.
He was born in Albany, the son of the late James and Dorothy Rector.
Charles served in the US Air Force from 1965-69 and was honorably discharged.
Charles worked as a Video Production Consultant.
He enjoyed working on his train layouts and had a huge love for animals.
He is survived by his daughter Donna L. (Garrett) Cowsert, daughter Laurie Smith, son Michael Rector, 2 grandchildren Andrew and Ryan Smith, and 4 great grandchildren.
