Albany- Charles "Cookie" Carter Sr. passed away April 17th 2015 with his family by his side. Calling hours for family and friends will be held Friday April 24th 2015 from 10:00am-12:00pm at New Comer Funeral Home. A service will follow at 12:00pm. Interment will be held at Graceland Cemetery.
