WESTERLO - Carolyn J. Kohinke, 76, passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 11, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Albany on January 28, 1945 a daughter of Peter and Emma Snyder
Carolyn was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister who loved animals and flowers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William; her daughter, Donna and her siblings, Peter and Bobby.
Carolyn is survived by her children, Rex, David and Karen; her grandchildren, great grandchildren; her siblings Peggy, Pat, Sandy and Joseph and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service to celebrate Carolyn's life at the Medway/Grapeville Fire Company, 1352 CR 51, Hannacroix, NY on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
