Bruce R. Adams

Bruce R Adams, 68, passed on to our Heavenly Father suddenly on September 08, 2026. He was the son of the late George L. Adams and Elsie E. (Starick) Adams.

Bruce was a kind, gentle, hard-working, and intelligent man.

He worked at several establishments as a sandwich maker. For the last dozen years, he worked at Walmart in the bakery department.

Bruce enjoyed his New York Giants and New York Yankees. He loved to read, bake, and converse at family gatherings and holidays.

Welcoming Bruce to Heaven will be his parents; his sister, Jean Marie Bishop and his brother-in-law, Stephen Mahar.

Bruce is survived by his sisters, Susan Bohley, Carol Mahar, Roxanne (Joseph) Koczaja, Patricia (Larry) Hart and Laurie Adams, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with a memorial service to immediately follow at 11:00 am on Friday, September 18, 2026 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
