Bonnye Kay Parker, born on February 7, 1955 in Jacksonville, FL, the daughter of the late Janet Jordan, has gone home to be with her beloved husband of 37 years. She passed peacefully Tuesday, February 20, 2018, in Albany, NY, she was 63 years old.
A lifelong resident of the Albany area, Bonnye and also lived in Alaska for some time. She was a devoted receptionist for Coccas Hotels where she brought joy to her colleagues. Bonnye enjoyed the simple things in life, but she loved cooking. She past time reading peacefully.
Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Parker. Loving mother of Tiona J. Windley-Parker, Lakieta R. Windley-Parker, Desona K. Windley-Parker and Lavander D. Weston. Cherished grandmother of Aalyiah J. Windley-Parker, Imani Windley-Parker, Aneya Weston-Salazaer, Lamar Weston-Salazaer, and Scott Marrott III. Dearest sister of Agnes Harris, Millie (Kenneth) Holmes, Pauline Parker, Thomasine Doyle and Johnny Windley. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, but a special thanks to Evelyn Shields Poole.
