Beverly J. DiMura

Beverly J. DiMura, 89, passed away after a long illness on May 24, 2026. 

Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Anna and Charles Dooley. 

Beverly was married for 61 years to her beloved husband, John J. DiMura until his death in 2017. She attended Albany High School.

Beverly spent her life devoted to her family and was dedicated to raising her four children. She enjoyed being a homemaker. She was a wonderful cook and baker. Generous with her time, she always liked receiving updates on how everyone was doing. Simply spending time at home with her family was her favorite thing. She found joy in watching her nine grandchildren grow.

Beverly will be remembered for her kindness and warmth. She loved her Hallmark movies. She was an avid animal lover and dog mom to many dogs over the years. Later in life, Beverly enjoyed vacationing in Cape Cod with her family.

Beverly is survived by her cherished children, John DiMura (Jen), Laurie Clark (Mike), Sandy Helm (Rich), and Sharon Lukacs (Tom); her nine beloved grandchildren, Sean, Katie, Samantha, Emily, Mike, Danny, Jack, Kevin and Isabella, along with their families; and six great grandchildren.

 A private family service will be held.
