Bernard Glass 85, passed away peacefully Saturday January 28, 2017 at St Peter's Hospital. The son of late Jacob and Frannie Glass. Bernard was born February 1st, 1931 in Bronx N.Y. In later years he moved to the O.D. Heck
Developmental Center then to the Marie Ave IRA where he was muched loved by all. He enjoyed his day program, WWAARC where he had many friends.
Bernard enjoyed being where the action was, wearing pink, having his head rubbed and eating sweets. Although, being unable to speak Bernard was always able to express his happiness with his infectious smile. He had a wonderful sense of humor.
Bernard is survived by his housemates and the Marie Ave staff who have always considered Bernard family. He will be greatly missed by all.
A graveside service will be held at Prospect Hill Cemetery on Friday February 3, 2017 at 10am.
