Basant Kohli, 84, of Schenectady passed away peacefully on Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Ellis Residential Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family.
Born June 4, 1930 in Pakistan, she was a daughter of the late Ramsingh Chaddha.
Survivors include her daughter's Indria Kohloon, Kamal Soni and Pinky Wallia; daughter-in-law Meenu Kohli; grandchildren Abhey, Anita (Brian Jones), Pemi (Pete Dominick), Sabrina (Curt), Sarbjeet and Nicky and several great grandchildren. Basant is predeceased by her beloved husband Rajinder Kohli and her son Arvi Kohli.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Basant's memory to Community Hospice 1411 Union Street Schenectady, NY 12308
Arrangements have been entrusted to New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, Albany, NY.
