Albany- Barbara R. Rivers, 76, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at St. Peter's Hospice.
Born on November 22, 1941 in Albany, a daughter of the late Ernest and Helen Tice Roth. Barb for over 25 years worked for SUNY Albany, working various jobs, but lastly working as a postal clerk.
Barb is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, William Rivers; son, Brian Livingston; brothers, Mark & Ronnie Roth; sisters, Nancy Roth & Virginia Welldon; grandson, Brian Livingston. Nieces, nephews & cousins also survive.
At the families wishes, there will be no formal services, Barb will be buried at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made to Gerald B.H. Solomon National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY, 12871.
