Arlene M. Robbins

Rensselaer- Arlene M. Robbins, 74, entered into eternal life on February 4, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Albany on October 5, 1943 to the late Hugo and Nicklen (Serra) Ciprioni. Arlene worked for the New York State Department of Social Services for 33 years, retiring in 1996. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Cape Cod and on cruises. She also loved spending time with her family. Arlene was predeceased by her loving husband, Walter N. Robbins, Jr.
Arlene was the cherished mother of Donald Meek and his wife Sonya Cicardi of Rensselaer. She was the loving sister of Richard Ciprioni. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial visitation will be from 11 am to 12:30 pm on Wednesday, February 7 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 12:30 pm at the funeral home.
