Anna F. Stone

Anna F. Stone, 76, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026 at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was the daughter of the late John Atkinson and Elsie McGowan. Anna was the devoted wife to the late Bernard J. Stone, Sr.

She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was the mother of the neighborhood.

Anna is survived by her children, Bernard (spouse), Brian and Brandon Stone. siblings, John Richard Atkinson Jr. and Debbie Battige. She is the proud grandmother of several as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, New York on Wednesday May 6, 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie where she will be laid to rest with her mother and her husband.
