Edward worked as the Regional Manager for A&P and Cumberland Farms.
Edward enjoyed spending time with his entire family and friends. He was an avid golfer. Edward was a lover of sports and enjoyed spending many summers at Cape Cod. What Edward cherished most was the time he spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, going to their many events.
Edward was the life of the party. He was able to light up a room with his sense of humor.
In addition to his wife, Edward is survived by his children, Karen L. Gibbins, Jill A. (Doug) Jacomine, and David E. (LeeAnn) Krause; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Eugene Krause; as well as many friends.
In addition to his parents, Edward is predeceased by his sister, Frances Schoenlein.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189 on Tuesday November 22, 2022 from 1pm to 3pm with a service to follow at 3pm.
